The core function is using the straps provided to hang the Punchwrap as a heavy
bag, uppercut bag or double end bag.

     If you prefer to workout with a partner, each Punchwrap comes with a set of Muay Thai mitts, turns into body armor or can be used as a blocking pad.

A:  Up to 5 individuals! 1 person can use the double end bag, 2 more can work on the body armor and 2 more punching/kicking on the Muay Thai mitts. 

A:  Punchwrap is roughly a 2'x2' cube and self-containing, about the size of a large suitcase.  It’s lightweight and compact design allows you to store in just about any spot in your home. Easily portable for on-site workouts and travel ready!
